Return Eligibility
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Claim Submission: To initiate a return, please email us at wsales@rikaro.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the defective or incorrect items and a description of the issue.
- Approval: Once we receive your claim, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.
Return Shipping
- Return Instructions: Approved returns must be shipped back to us following the instructions provided by our customer service team.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds and Replacements
