1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Rikaro Trophy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

Our products and services are available exclusively to businesses and organisations. Individual consumers are not eligible to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

3. Account Registration

To view prices and place orders, you must first create an account and fill out the form on our website and have your account verified by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Initial Orders: Initial orders are on a proforma basis. The minimum order amount for the initial order is $500 (GST excluded). Subsequent orders must be at least $300 (GST excluded). An administration fee of $10 may apply for orders under $300. International orders have a minimum requirement of A$800 unless pre-arranged with Rikaro.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cheque, and Direct Deposit. Payment terms are 7-30 days from the invoice date. If you pay within 7 days, you may deduct 5% (applicable to customers with an approved 30-day trading account only). All accounts must be finalised within 30 days from the invoice date. A $50 late payment fee will be charged for accounts exceeding 90 days, and collection fees will apply.

4.3 Pricing: All prices listed on the website are wholesale prices, GST excluded, and based on EXW Braeside VIC 3195. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Terms: Goods are sold on an ex-warehouse Braeside VIC 3195 basis. We can arrange freight and insurance on your behalf, or you may collect the goods or arrange your own delivery. Rikaro will arrange cost-effective and safe transport with carriers such as Toll Ipec, Direct Freight Express, Australia Post, Couriers Please, and other reliable carriers.

5.2 Delivery Times: Standard orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the order size and shipping destination.

5.3 International Shipping: We ship to various international destinations. The minimum order for international shipments is A$800 unless pre-arranged with Rikaro. Contact our customer service team for specific details regarding international shipping.

6. Title and Risk

Title to the goods shall not pass to you until the purchase price is paid in full. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Claims

Claims must be made within 7 days from delivery. Please email us with photos of the claimed product to process the return. Customized products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Rikaro Trophy and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rikaro Trophy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
